Refund Policy

Because BerlinUnlocked products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds After Access

Once the guide is delivered:

  • By email
  • And/or displayed on the website after purchase

Refunds are not possible, as the digital content has already been accessed.

2. Exception: Technical Issues

A refund may only be considered if:

  • The buyer does not receive access at all, and
  • The issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of contacting support.

3. Incorrect Purchase

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Travel cancellation
  • Personal preference
  • Buying the wrong product
