Refund Policy

Because BerlinUnlocked products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds After Access
Once the guide is delivered:
- By email
- And/or displayed on the website after purchase
Refunds are not possible, as the digital content has already been accessed.
2. Exception: Technical Issues
A refund may only be considered if:
- The buyer does not receive access at all, and
- The issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of contacting support.
3. Incorrect Purchase
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Travel cancellation
- Personal preference
